Description My vacation home is located at the end of the Baabe beach park, a little away from the hustle and bustle, in a vacation home area, right by the sea. It stands on an unseparated natural plot in a sparse pine forest. The parking lot belonging to the house, directly at the house, makes it easy to bring your vacation luggage into the house. The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, loungers and a beach chair for sunny vacation days. Bicycles can be stored in the annex. The house is well suited for senior citizens, as one bedroom is on the ground floor and the spacious bathroom, living area and kitchen are accessible without thresholds. The sauna and whirlpool in the bathroom also make an autumn or winter vacation cozy and recommendable. The wood-burning stove in the living room provides additional cozy warmth. I have equipped the house very well and hope that my guests will feel at home in Haus Seebär. The beautiful sandy beach, located in a cove, is only about 100 meters away, is quiet and wonderful for playing with children. A cycle path and the promenade about 50 m away invite you to take a leisurely walk and cycle along the sea. Baabe, a very old seaside resort, is the gateway to the Mönchsgut biosphere reserve and is located in the most scenic part of Rügen. Baabe is a very lively community with many events in the spa gardens and the Haus des Gastes. Good shopping facilities and many restaurants are in the village. Additional information about the rental price: Visitor's tax is charged by the municipality of Baabe. The spa cards will be sent to the guests in advance. Additional costs for electricity, water (per m³) and gas (per m³) are charged separately and will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining deposit will be refunded. Bed linen and towels can be ordered at extra cost.

Strandläufer is located right by the historic harbor on a footpath also used by cyclists. In just a few steps, you reach the lively town center with many restaurants, cafés, and pubs. A bakery and grocery store are within easy walking distance. The Greetsiel wellness oasis is only 200 m away, as is a large playground for children. Nature is just as close—you simply choose which way to go. Cycle along or on the dike and enjoy the wide landscape and fresh air with little traffic. A bird sanctuary borders the town and offers the chance to observe many rare birds. The cycling network is well developed, so the whole family can easily get around by bike. Cozy and spacious: that's my holiday home. With 3 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 6 guests and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Underfloor heating keeps you warm, especially on cold winter days. The fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere, while sauna and whirlpool invite you to unwind. The wellness bathroom and an additional shower bathroom ensure a relaxed start to your day. Look forward to a fully equipped house. A travel cot for children is available. Bed linen and towels are provided for an extra fee if desired. You can store your bikes in the annex. Arrival and departure are possible daily, except on public holidays.
